From Leppneeme, you take a ferry to Prangli Island. The crossing takes about one hour and offers views of the Baltic Sea and the surrounding islets. 2

Explore Prangli island by open-top truck or jeep

On the island, you continue the tour in an open-top Soviet-style truck or jeep. This is the most practical and fun way to explore Prangli’s highlights.

During the guided tour, you visit key sites across the island, including a small church, a nature reserve, and a unique natural gas source. You also learn about local life, history, and traditions. The island tour takes around 2.5 hours and gives a good overview of this small but diverse island.

Lunch with local island food

A lunch break is included during the day. Depending on the group size and season, lunch is served either at a seaside restaurant or at a local farm. Both options offer simple and authentic island food, giving you a taste of local flavours.

Tour Reviews

8. Jul 2025

On Prangli Reisid’s website it says “Helen is a ray of sunshine …” She really is! Adding sunshine to our already sunny day on Prangly island! We enjoyed a day off the beaten (touristy) track and had a great time with her, full of fun and information. Contact with the office was also prompt and very friendly.
