Sled Dog Rides in Kõrvemaa on a Comfortable Cart

Enjoy a car ride in the countryside of Estonia.
Get to know the Alaskan Malamutes and Huskies, cuddle and pet them.
Have fun on a dog cart ride through a lush forest.
Warm up or refresh yourself with a local beverage and snacks.

We will visit a dog kennel in Kõrvemaa, which is an hour’s drive from Tallinn. We will introduce you to life at the farm, ride with Alaskan malamutes and huskies, and enjoy an authentic nature getaway in pristine Estonia.

During the tour, we’ll talk about sled dogs, get to know them, pet them, and take some sweet photos. Then, you will go one by one on a 2-kilometer cart ride with trained sled dogs. The rest of the group will enjoy local snacks and good company while waiting for the others. The cart has a comfortable seat suitable for everyone, including small children who can ride on their parents’ laps.

PRICE INCLUDES: transportation, guide service, a cart sled dog ride approximately 2 km on a forest trail, hot drink, and snacks.

Note that this is not a private tour! The group has a maximum of 8 people. The tour duration depends on the group size.

During the snow season, we offer the tour with sleds.

Pick-up from Tallinn

We will start the tour with a pick-up from the Tallinn Tourist Information Centre.
It takes about 50 minutes to drive through the characteristic Estonian forest landscape to the sled-dog park.

On arrival, we will introduce you to the sled-dogs and their home first. We will then give an introduction about the breeds used, their history, character, and field of application.
Dogs are friendly, childish, and playful. Guests can pet and hug them and take pictures.

Enjoy cart-riding

Harnessing the dogs takes a little bit of time, and then the fun starts. The cart-riding distance can differ depending on weather conditions, but it’s definitely a lot of fun! The ride is about 2 kilometres. Please dress for the weather, and keep in mind it might be a bit windy on the cart!
