Terms & Conditions

1. Booking

All tours must be booked in advance and confirmed by us.
By submitting a booking, you confirm that the information provided is correct and that you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Payment

Generally, payment is made in cash on the day of the tour, directly to the guide.
Online payment is available only on request via a payment link and must be completed before the tour date.
A prepayment of 50 euros per person via a payment link is needed only if the total tour price exceeds 300 euros.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the tour, unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking.

If the booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time, a 100% cancellation fee of the tour price will apply.

Cancellations must be communicated by email, phone, or message.

4. No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend the tour without prior cancellation or notice (“no-show”), we reserve the right to issue a no-show invoice for 100% of the tour price.

The payment link will be sent to the contact details provided at the time of booking and must be paid in accordance with the payment terms.

This policy applies regardless of the on-site cash payment arrangement.

5. Changes to Bookings

Changes to the booking (date, number of participants, pick-up location) are subject to availability and should be communicated as early as possible.

6. Tour Operation & Minimum Participants

Some tours require a minimum number of participants. If the minimum is not met, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the tour. In such cases, no payment will be required, and an alternative option may be offered.

7. Weather & Force Majeure

Tours that are dependent on weather conditions (snow-related and marine tours) may be cancelled by us if weather conditions are unsuitable.

In such cases, any payments made will be refunded in full, and no additional compensation will apply.

We also reserve the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule a tour due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

8. Responsibility & Participation

Tours take place outdoors and in natural environments. While our guides provide instructions and point out areas that require extra care, participants are responsible for their own actions and safety during the tour.

By joining the tour, you confirm that you are fit to take part in the planned activities. Insurance is not included unless clearly stated otherwise.

We may exclude a participant from the tour without refund if their behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or if they are under the influence of alcohol or other substances.

Any damage caused to our property or equipment must be covered by the responsible participant.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.

9. Privacy

Personal data provided during booking is used solely for communication and tour organization purposes and is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
